How to Use the KICKER® Audio System on the Multipro™ Tailgate
The MultiPro™ Tailgate on the GMC Sierra line of trucks includes a weatherproof KICKER® audio system that runs independently of the Sierra’s power system making it great for tailgating parties, camping trips or afternoons at the beach.
Independent System
The KICKER® Audio System is a weatherproof, 100-watt audio system that your GMC dealership can add to an inner panel of the tailgate. It operates independently of the infotainment system in the truck, so you don’t need to have the truck’s accessory power turned on or the windows down to enjoy high-quality sound at your gatherings. No more draining the battery to listen to your favorite music.

KICKER® is known for its long-lasting, weatherproof sound systems built specifically for recreational vehicles ranging from motorcycles to boats to ATVs. They have adapted this technology to create the MultiPro Audio System, which employs an amplifier, speakers, and connectors to provide high quality sound for years to come thanks to its durable design.
Easy to Use
The KICKER® MultiPro Audio System is easy to use, and can be synced through the Sierra’s infotainment system using an AUX cord, a USB port or a Bluetooth® connection. When the MultiPro™ Tailgate is in the full-width step position, the screen will be activated and you can select either USB, AUX, or Bluetooth® to connect any device such as a television, CD or DVD player, laptop, tablet or smartphone to provide hours of entertainment wherever you want to go.
