I had a flat tire and the Service Manager - Sammi (sp) worked with my son to find 4 new tires as 2 of the three were showing wear. The time it took to replace the tires was about a day including ordering the tires. They also test drove my car as my son said he heard a rattle. Once the tires were put on it must have fixed the rattle as it was not noticed during test drive or my drive home. Smooth ride now.

I came in for a weatherstrip that was coming off and a loose driver side mirror. The dealership is not close to my house and I took off time for work for these repairs and my mirror is still shaking/loose so I now have to take off time again to have this looked at. After the repair was done it was not checked by the mechanics to ensure it was fixed. Although it was great customer service I’m sad my requests weren’t resolved properly.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding service I received from Junction GMC’s Service Department. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and convenient. First and foremost, they came to pick up my vehicle—an older Corvette I recently inherited—which was a huge help as I had no easy way to get it to the dealership myself. That level of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciated it. The service team lead by Brandon Moore completed a comprehensive service that included an oil change, oil filter and chassis lube, transmission fluid and filter change, air filter replacement, full emissions service, throttle body cleaning, coolant and power steering fluid replacement, rear differential and brake fluid service, and a complete tune-up with new plugs and wires. They also turned down the rotors rather than recommending replacements, proving they’re not just thorough, but also honest and trustworthy. Every item was handled with care, precision, and professionalism. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. My Corvette runs better than it has in years, and I feel completely confident in the quality of the service it received. If you’re looking for a service department that’s knowledgeable, honest, and truly customer-focused, look no further than Junction GMC. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs. 6-16-2025 I called about my Check Engine light and I had to wait 2 weeks (7-1-25)to have my car "Looked at"( Dana?). So I dropped off my car at 7:30 am 7-1-2025. I had not heard from the dealership by 4 pm so I called the dealership and was told they had not found out the problem and would need to keep the car-and that is when I told them I would need a car. Somehow within the next 30 minutes they figured out the problem.They only diagnosed it same day becasue I told them I would need a loaner and they didn't have one. I was told they would order the part (turbo charger) and call me when they receive it. One week later I had not received a call, so I called the dealership to check on the status of the part (7-8-25). They stated they had not received all the parts but were hoping to have them by the end of that week and to schedule to bring the car in now becasue they are backed up at least 2 to 3 weeks. I told Dana was not happy with that answer becasue now I have to drive my car around another 2 weeks with this issue-and insted of 7-29-205 she offered me an appointment on 7-24-2025. Once again I asked if it will be ok to continue to drive my car, as I knew I was going out of town. She stated "Yes it will be ok". I aslo informed her that my oil change was due and she said that could also wait until 7-24-2025. Thus, on 7-1-2025 they cleared the "Check Engine Light" and I picked up the car. I was also told at this time that "if the light goes on again and I loose acceleration power to contact them". I told them that had been "going on for 2 weeks-why would I call you again--there is nothing that you can do about it." I even double checked with Dana that this service would be all covered and she said that it is coverered under warranty. I was informed by other people that knew about cars, that I needed to be very careful driivng the car, because with a bad turbo charger it could do damage to the engine as well as the transmission. Thus, I brought the car in on 7-24-2025 at 8 am. Again, I didn't receive a call from the dealership that my car had been done, so I had to call them at 3:30 pm or so because I had to leave work at 4:15 to go to our other office. I was informed when I called that they were just washing it at that time, so I was able to get my car in time. I really like Junction and their ability to "shuttle" me back and forth to work when I have service. My only complaint is that I drove my car around for 5 +weeks with this issue. I just hope no additional damage was done to my cars engine/transmission. I know the service department is busy-but there should be availability for cases like this. Again, the personnel are great and I know they don't have any control over this, but I believe someone in management should understand my frustration. Thank you.

On 8-22-25 I picked up a 2025 GMC Sierra AT4 with 245 mi on the odometer, on 9-2-25 (just 11 days later) the engine blew up with 745 mi on the odometer, this was the beginning of the worst experience with customer service I have ever experienced, I was told that no engines were currently or for the foreseeable future available, I have been a loyal GMC customer for 45 years without issue, the way GMC Customer Service (to be clear NOT JA customer service) handled this situation was to be quite frank ...pathetic. Unfortunately Junction Auto got tied into this mess between me as the customer and GMC, the truck did get repaired (replaced the blown engine with a new engine) but I feel that I had to push to get it done, on 10-3-25 I had a conversation with Junction Auto regarding the fact that GMC Customer Service has been (even until now) ignoring the claim, the individuals I spoke with at Junction Auto was very understanding and said they would make some calls that did result in getting a new engine expedited and for that I say thankyou, it was finished on 10-24-25, it took slightly more than 8 weeks to repair, however in my opinion a truck that blows an engine at 745 mi is unacceptable, even though my truck has a new engine it is not factory and although I have the utmost confidence in JA mechanics I still fear residual repairs due to the severity of the repair, I feel I should have been provided a new truck of equal or greater value, a full refund on purchase price was offered but even at that it would have cost me another 10k out of pocket to replace which is absolutely not acceptable or fair in that I would be penalized for something that was not my fault or JA's fault, this lies squarely with GMC a multi billion dollar company that as I feel right now does not care one bit about it's customers, to this date I have not received a call from the claims advisor assigned to my case in spite of calling them every few days, the response I always receive is "the advisor is not available they will call withing 3 business days".......never received any call....ever, the last time I called was 11-10-25 and was told someone would contact me within 24 hrs, I have NOT rcvd a call from them even until now 11-17-25, up to now I have always given JA 5 stars and if it were not for all the aggravation with GMC I would have given them 5 stars, I still feel the service dept at JA is a 5 star service, I feel bad but this experience with literally a brand new truck has left me quite bitter with GMC, I literally just called the GMC Claims Department to find out why I cannot get a response and for the 3rd time in 8 weeks got connected to OnStar, why would OnStar answer a customer service claims number? I thank JA for the help they did provide however I feel given the circumstances JA could have done better

I brought my 2025 enclave in for its first oil change and had just been hit by a car a few days prior that did some cosmetic damage right before the holidays. When I brought it in and showed him the damage, he offered to have the body shop and dent repair person look it over. He went above and beyond to ensure I not only had my routine service, but restored it to its original appearance. The GMC/Buick service manager Brandon, and the mechanics in the service department did a fantastic job getting my vehicle inspected and serviced in a timely manner! The vehicle was even washed and ready to go. Unfortunately, a part on my truck that I had accidentally broken was not in stock, but Bradon was able to order it immediately. The part came in the very next day, and I was notified by the service department and was able to get on the schedule at a time which was most convenient for me.
